Our Christmas stays begin on 24th December 2026, with a minimum stay of two nights.
Your Christmas Stay
For a two-night Christmas break, prices start from £350, including breakfast. Arrive on Christmas Eve, settle into your room and wake up on Christmas morning knowing there is nowhere else you need to be.
If you would like to make more of your festive escape, our three-night stay starts from £475, giving you an extra day to relax and enjoy the Surrey countryside after Christmas Day.
Whether you choose two nights or three, Christmas at The Stag on the River is about taking your time, enjoying the season and making memories together.
Your New Year's Stay
Arrive on Thursday 31st December and let the evening unfold at its own pace. Settle into the bar with a glass of something worth opening. Eat well. Watch midnight arrive through the windows rather than on a screen. Then head to your cosy room, no taxi queue, no long drive home.
Wake to the river and a breakfast worth lingering over. Walk it off along the water meadows, or simply stay put by the fire. However you begin the year, begin it somewhere that feels like a proper occasion. One-night stays from £180, and two-night stays from £280, both with breakfast included.
Christmas Day, made special
For an extra touch of indulgence, join us for Christmas lunch for £130 per person.
Enjoy a traditional Christmas Day without the preparation, the washing up or the worry. Sit back, enjoy the food, and raise a glass with those you love, then return later in the evening for something to share.
