Summer is here and with it some delicious seasonal ingredients, so it’s time to grab some friends and family and join us by the River Wey to make the most of it.
Whether you’re looking to escape the office to soak up a bit of lunchtime sun, enjoy a relaxed drink on the patio after work or tuck into some delicious seasonal food on a long summer’s eve, we’ve got it covered!
Head Chef Mark has developed a fresh summer menu for you to enjoy. Try the char grilled peached wrapped in Parma ham, served with a buffalo mozzarella salad, or tuck into the Summer seafood catch with Monkfish, tiger prawns, mussels and samphire in a light tomato sauce with toasted ciabatta and saffron aioli.
Along with great food, we have some thirst quenching Summer drinks available too; whether you’re a bubbles person, fancy a glass of Pimm’s, a refreshing Ginger Grouse alcoholic ginger beer or a local Hog’s Back Hazy Hog, they’ll all be the perfect match to enjoy on our riverside patio!
