Having market tested the proposition in May, during the Sculpture Gardens Birtley House are pleased to announce that they will launch Surrey Hills Produce at Birtley from the 4th and 5th of July and every weekend going forwards.

Open hours will be from 11am to 5pm.  They will also open for the whole of August during the summer holiday as an ideal place to entertain the children and grandchildren!

Parking is £1 which entitles you to a FREE Tea or Coffee and while stocks last a FREE Birtley Bacon Bap!

Head over to enjoy produce from the Birtley Estate and other local producers.  This includes fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers and plants from our kitchen garden, cheese, wine from High Clandon, beer & gin from Silent Pool, Kokoh chocolate from Ewhurst, Charcoal made on the estate, Sausages, Bacon and Joints from the estate pigs, chutneys and sauces and a whole lot more such Hungry Guest  Bread and St. Joan Ice Cream!

Beverages, hot and cold for adults and children can be enjoyed on the lawn, at the picnic tables situated around the estate or taken away.  A BBQ using our charcoal will be cooking our bacon for a Birtley Bacon Bap and lamb burgers from Coverwood.

Following the Nature Trail is a delightful and informative way to explore the estate or you can just relax by the lake and enjoy the views.
